This Privacy Policy explains how Arbor Collective LLC, doing business as AstroSearch (“AstroSearch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information through our websites, applications, APIs, agent integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, organization, login details, and communications with us.
- Billing information, such as subscription status, billing contact details, and transaction history. Payment card information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored by AstroSearch.
- Service content, such as searches, prompts, filters, lists, files, exports, saved results, agent requests, and information you submit through integrations.
- Usage and device information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, timestamps, referring pages, diagnostics, and interactions with the Services.
- Business and professional information from public sources, licensed providers, and other data sources, such as professional identity, role, employer, business contact details, and company data.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, personalize, and support the Services;
- authenticate users and administer accounts and subscriptions;
- process searches, generate results, and provide requested exports and integrations;
- monitor performance, troubleshoot problems, secure the Services, and prevent abuse or fraud;

AstroSearch is a business-information service. Search results may include business and professional contact information obtained from public or licensed sources and made available to authorized users. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about individuals.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand use of the Services, measure performance, and protect against fraud. Browser settings can limit cookies, although some Service features may then not function correctly.
5. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Services. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why we process it. You may update certain account information through the Services and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages. The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through account registration.
9. Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.
